Yes, we have both online and face-to-face meeting options. In addition, we can make e-mail, message or video calls with our preferred clients.

You can reach our center by email or phone. A short time after contacting us, one of our specialists will call you and make a preliminary interview for 10 minutes. If you do not specify a specialist preference in this interview, you will be directed to our specialist, with whom we can give you the most appropriate and fast appointment in line with the information received from you. If you accept our proposal, our secretary will make an appointment for you as soon as possible.

Currently, the waiting list for some of our specialists may vary as 4-20 weeks. We are very sorry that you had to wait for such a long time. We try to get back to you as quickly as possible.

We try to provide other resources you can refer to. However, if no resources are available, we recommend that you contact the psychiatry department of the nearest state hospital.

Our assistant will reach you through the communication channel (phone, e-mail, etc.) you specified 1-2 weeks before the appointment time. If we cannot reach you, we are waiting for your return for 2 days and we plan your appointment when you reach us.

We believe that harmony between the client and the psychologist is very important. We strive to match you with the person who may best suit your needs as much as we can. But this may not always be possible. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable with the specialist you are working with, you can easily inform your psychologist that you want to be referred to someone else. None of us will be bothered by your request and we will try to help you as much as we can to recommend the appropriate specialist. However, if you feel uncomfortable about meeting with the specialist, you can contact our assistant again and let him know that you want to meet with a new specialist.

The day before your appointment, we send you a reminder to “confirm” your appointment. Please confirm whether you can come to your appointment. Thinking that you will not come to your unconfirmed appointment, we plan for another client. We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Typically the first one to three sessions will be used to gather detailed information about your reasons for seeking therapy and your personal history. During these sessions, you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. Together, you and your therapist will work to clarify your goals for therapy and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. In subsequent sessions, you will work towards these goals in a safe and comfortable environment, allowing you to explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and build and practice the necessary skills.

Your appointment includes the private time your consultant has reserved for you. We need you to notify as early as possible so that we can assign the time you have canceled to another client. We understand that sometimes you may inevitably have to cancel your appointment. In some cases, you may need to cancel on the same day.

Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for you, while protecting your advisor’s professional time. You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before. However, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we remind you that you are responsible for the cost of that session.
